Refund and Returns Policy for Eman Music School

At Eman Music School, we strive to provide high-quality music education and an excellent experience for all of our students, both online and in-person. Our Refund and Returns Policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all customers.

1. Refunds for Online and In-Person Classes

We understand that situations may arise where you are unable to continue with your classes. Our refund policy provides options based on the timing and nature of the cancellation.

  • Cancellation by Eman Music School:
    If we need to cancel a class or event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer a rescheduled lesson or a full refund for any prepaid classes.

  • Student Cancellations:

    • 24 Hours or More Before Class: If you cancel your lesson at least 24 hours before the scheduled class, you may reschedule the lesson without any additional fees. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund for that lesson.
    • Less Than 24 Hours Before Class: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson may result in a charge for the full lesson. We encourage students to give advance notice whenever possible to avoid forfeiting the payment.
  • Refund Requests for Series or Packages:
    If you have purchased a series of lessons or a package and need to cancel, we will issue a partial refund based on the number of lessons you’ve attended, minus any applicable cancellation fees. Requests for a refund of unused lessons must be made within 30 days of purchase.

2. Refunds for Course Materials

  • Digital Course Materials: Once you have accessed or downloaded any digital course materials, such as instructional videos, PDFs, or other online content, these are non-refundable.
  • Physical Materials: If you have received physical materials (such as books or instruments) as part of your class, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving them, provided the materials are unused and in original condition. Returns of opened or used items are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must include your name, the class or course details, and the reason for the refund request.
  • If your request is approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. No Refunds

  • Late Arrivals: If a student arrives late for a class, the lesson time may be shortened, but no refund will be issued.
  • Missed Classes: Students who miss classes without providing advance notice (at least 24 hours) will not receive a refund for the missed lesson.
  • Non-Transferable Fees: Fees for workshops, events, and special classes are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances that require a more flexible approach. If you have extenuating reasons (e.g., medical emergencies, travel restrictions), please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate you and may offer alternatives, such as rescheduling or credit for future lessons.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a refund, please reach out to us directly. We will aim to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner. If we are unable to come to a satisfactory resolution, we may offer alternative solutions such as credit towards future lessons.
